【重選篩分車簡(jiǎn)介】

    本套設(shè)備為重選移動(dòng)篩分車，主要用于各種礦物初步的選別工作，滾筒篩為雙層滾筒篩，外層篩網(wǎng)可以根據(jù)實(shí)際需求更換，可以適應(yīng)各種規(guī)格的礦物選別工作。該篩分車處理量大、工作穩(wěn)定，可以配合其它重選選礦設(shè)備共同使用。

【流程概述】

原料通過工程機(jī)械送入振動(dòng)料倉(cāng)，首先篩選出大于8CM的不合格物料，減少滾筒篩磨損，增加工作效率；小于8CM的物料由上料輸送機(jī)送入滾筒篩內(nèi)進(jìn)行篩選分級(jí)，分為細(xì)料與粗料兩種規(guī)格。其中粗料（即廢料）直接通過廢料溜槽排出至指定區(qū)域；細(xì)料由細(xì)料輸送機(jī)輸送至指定區(qū)域。
